David Warwick is CEO of Veridian Media, a social media and online consultancy. David is also Head of Social Media and Digital Strategy for Starship, a full service Melbourne agency, Non-Executive Director of web services business Bwired, Chair of the Institute for Social Media and Co-Chair of the Content Management Professionals Association in Australia (CMPAC). David was previously General Manager, Melbourne for Viocorp International, Australia’s leading provider of online video solutions and services, and remains a channel partner and advocate for Viocorp.
David holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Melbourne Business School and a Bachelor of Arts (English and Sociology) from Monash University. David has held senior executive positions in the web development, corporate communications, design, consulting and technology industries since 1996.
David has also held Directorships with branding and design agency Smart Works and technology business Crunch IT, and was the co-creator and product strategist behind the successful Australian web content management system — Komodo CMS, now part of the digital agency Komosion. As CEO of Komodo CMS, David oversaw web deployments to over 300 organizations with customers including the Victorian Government (Multimedia Victoria), the Royal Women’s Hospital, Nufarm, RAMS Home Loans and a large number of corporate clients internationally.
David has written digital marketing columns for Marketing Magazine and IDM Magazine and has been a paid case writer on innovation for the Melbourne Business School, including a published case on Ausmelt Limited, now taught within the Melbourne Business School’s MBA course and published in Measured Success: Innovation Management in Australia (2008). David has been a guest lecturer at Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM) and Melbourne Business School (MBS) and is a regularly invited speaker on social media, online marketing, search, content management, web design and IT business entrepreneurship. This has included presentations for Open Publish, AVBN, Marcus Evans, L’Oreal, AIMIA, AIIA, Komosion, Viocorp, KPMG, AGDA, Clubs NSW, Redken, Travellers’ Choice, Westpac and Melbourne University. David has been an award judge for the Melbourne Press Club Quill Awards online categories and for the Melbourne University Entrepreneurs Challenge (MUEC) as well as a Councilor for the Terry Bracks’ charity, Western Chances.

Chris has held executive management positions in sales, marketing, administration, finance, and IT across FMCG, Retail and Information Technology sectors including Coca-Cola, Cash and Carry, Ferntree Computer Service and Business Objects. Chris has provided technology, marketing and strategic advice to clients including Telstra, RACQ Insurance, Melbourne Water, Macau SLOT, TaxiEpay and Work Cover.
Chris has a Bachelor of Business and Executive Management training from Macquarie University Graduate Business School and the Haas Business School at the University of California. Ian MacFarlane BCom MBA MPhil
Ian is Adjunct Professor at University of Victoria and sits on the Advisory Board of the University of South Australia’s Ehrenberg–Bass Institute for Marketing Sciences. He is a lecturer on undergraduate and post-graduate programs at the School of Marketing at University of New South Wales. Ian has provided strategy and management services to clients including: Discovery Channel, Sydney Olympic Park, Tourism Australia, J&B Whiskey, Engen Petroleum, SAS Software, Delta Motor Corporation and Hertz, just to name a few.
