Recent articles for Marketing magazine and Image Data Manager (IDM) magazine were a great pleasure to write and cover two very different but ultimately related topics. Both pieces hit upon how online media, specifically social media, are changing many communication practices and understandings. The Marketing magazine piece explores ‘branding a corporate figurehead’, the risks and rewards, as well as how individuals are more exposed through social media.
